Description: | Rim fragment. On lower wall, small leaves between tips of petals; above them, alternating birds and Nikai flying left. Nikai hold a round object, possibly a wreath. Upper zone: a band of very small birds between two ridges. Above this, a band of alternating small objects, perhaps palmettes and birds. Pinkish-buff clay. Glaze fired dark brown. Sherds from same fill stored in Tins 205-207. | |
