Title:   Black Glaze Kantharos with Graffito

Description:   Two joining fragments preserve part of rim and wall with one handle; a second fragment preserves the base, part of the floor and lower wall, and the lower attachment of the second handle. Small deep cup with plain rim and flat floor offset outside from wall; high flaring stem with a moulded ring at its top; outer edge of foot moulded; slender vertical handle rising from rim.
Thick rather dull black glaze overall except on resting surface.

Context:   Well below Stoa gutter.
