Title:   Red Figure Lebes Gamikos Fragments: Kertch

Description:   Many fragments, some joining, preserving parts of the neck and rim, of the central scene, of the lower wall and of the stand.
On the large wall fragment, two women, standing draped, facing. The one on the right holds a large alabastron in her outstretched right hand. On the outstretched left hand of the figure facing her, Eros has alighted; he holds out a string of beads. Relief line for the hand holding Eros. Added clay for necklaces, fillets, hair ornaments, earring, necklaces in field, etc. Pink sizing in places, as on Eros' wings; perhaps for gold.
