Description: | Foot and floor preserved. Moderately heavy moulded foot separated from wall by neatly scraped groove. Stamped decoration at center of floor within: five-petaled lily-like flower set on a pair of long volutes; volutes used in reverse to form lower part of a diamond motif, inside each of which is a small diamond. Completely glazed except for reserved disk on underside, with one broad and one narrow glazed band around outside, and a pair of small glazed circles around dotted circle at center. Pinkish-buff clay; dull black glaze. | |
