Title:   One-Handled Phaleron Cup

Description:   Two joining fragments preserving almost complete vessel, but missing part of rim. Wall cracked. Phaleron-type cup of the early 7th century BC. Very thin walls. Brown wash inside and out; series of four bands just under the interior rim. Horizontal stripes on handle, four short vertical stripes at junction with rim.
Buff fabric, with brownish matte glaze. Glaze extremely worn.
