Title:   One-Handled Cup

Description:   Complete body, except for few chips at rim. Small fragment mended on interior lip (by the handle), a point of impact suggests it was produced during excavation. Upper part of handle missing, preserved part mended. Glaze preserved in very good condition but for some light abrasion on one side. Two tiny pin holes under decorated band.
Small cup. Tall conical foot; lower body rising to vertical upper wall; rim, offset from body by scraped groove, flares gently to rounded lip. Vertical handle attached from body below midpoint directly to rim, rising slightly above the level of the lip. Reserved rim decorated with tight zigzag pattern in diluted orange paint, framed by thin band above and below. Handle barred.
Reserved: underside of foot and a band at exterior of foot; band at interior of lip, and circle at center of cup floor with two black dots off center.
Orange-buff clay.
