Title:   Fish Plate Fragment

Description:   Preserved is only a fragment of base and bottom of a very large and heavy plate with a depression in the center. Inside, the central hollow is surrounded by a groove, porobably reserved, and colored with pink. On the underside, just above the foot ring, are two deep grooves, reserved and colored with pink. A similar groove marks the beginning of the convexity inside the foot ring. The very broad bottom of the elaborately profiled foot ring is reserved and was also colored. Elsewhere, inside and out, good black glaze, with a metallic lustre.
