Title:   Black Figure Column Krater Fragments: Inscribed

Description:   From a badly burned column krater. Along one edge, bordering a panel, vertical ivy pattern. The edge of the scene of the panel is too fragmentary to be adequately explained; there are traces of added red. Inscribed along edge of panel: <graphic>
Four additional fragments, found in tins, preserve bits of the representation and the border:
b) The top part of an Ionic column and the trace of a letter to the right.
c) A bit of drapery.
d) A bit of border and of some object (arm?).
e) A bit of border.
Incised stars and fold lines on the drapery; added white on the column.
Fragment d) is much less gray than the others and possibly does not belong.
Context:   Layer 2. B' building fills, B- fill to north.
