Title:   Black Glaze Bell Krater

Description:   The lip largely complete. The body fragmentary; only one handle attachment preserved. None of the base remains. Restored in plaster. Sharply flaring lip with reserved edge, grooved above and painted pink, below decorated with black glaze egg pattern.
Good firm black glaze.
Cf. Schefold (1930), pl. 27, no. 93 for shape. The foot as restored is probably too high.
