Description: | Much of lip and side walls missing. Restored in plaster. Shape very like P 7228 (ΗΗ 184), but there is a marked break at the shoulder, and the foot is less carefully profiled. Handmade of coarse clay, brown to reddish, full of mica and pebbles. ADDENDA P 7228: Trefoil mouth, small vertical handle, flush with rim. Profile one continuous curve from lip to low foot ring, without break at neck or shoulder. | |
