Description:   Only top part preserved; mended from many fragments. A small bit of the straight neck preserved above the rounding body; lower attachment of double handle at back.
Reserved panel at front, painted in subgeometric manner: bearded rider, holding hunting knife and dragging something behind him, pursues, left, an animal(?) whose head with heavy mane(?) extends to the left beyond the body of the horse.
Pale greenish-buff clay. Brown to black glaze, very much peeled.
ADDENDA Jug restored in plaster, with trefoil lip. Rest. H. 0.23 [21 December 1932].
