Title:   Black Glaze Oinochoe

Description:   Small echinus foot; body plumply ovoid; squat, wide neck, with trefoil lip, and a heavy horizontal rib just above shoulder; single vertical handle from edge of lip to lower part of shoulder, rising only a little above the top of lip.
Pinkish-buff clay; black glaze, much flaked, much cracked and largely fired red, outside and inside of mouth; underside of foot appears to have been reserved save for a narrow band just inside bearing surface.
