Title:   Black Glaze Plate Fragment with Rouletting: Stamped

Description:   About one-quarter of the floor, an eighth of the rim, preserved. Plain high ring foot; floor sloping up slightly toward broad and thickened rim lightly grooved along its inner edge. Exterior carefully profiled. Decoration, around the center, linked palmettes, then a band of rouletting, a second circle of linked palmettes, and a second band of rouletting.
Very good firm black glaze over all, including underside.
