Title:   Black Glaze Bowl: Stamped

Description:   One fragment preserves nearly half of the rim diameter and part of a ring foot; a small piece of rim and wall does not join. Restored in plaster. Very high ring foot; nearly vertical walls; lip rolled outward at the edge. No trace of any handles. Reserved band at junction of foot and body outside; trace of miltos inside. Of the stamped decoration is preserved part of a circle of linked palmettes, set well apart and well out on the floor.
Dull firm black glaze.
