Title:   Votive Figurine
Description:   Lower flute but broken at knees
The figure is solid; its front having been made in a mould, and the back laid on as a heavy strip which was then roughly modeled. It stands on a low, flat, angular plinth.
A female figure stands erect, the right knee slightly flexed. She wears a long himation, resting her right arm in the fold of it, which crosses her bosom and raising its loose end in her left hand. Her hair is drawn back from the brow and held in place by a heavy rolled wreath.
Clay: Buff, firm to ash grey in color showing traces of burning. A little white paint remains on face, hair and clothing.
Context:   East sanctuary; clearing the course of the terrace wall.
