Title:   Relief Fragment with Female Figure: Artemis

Description:   Back rough-picked; back edge and side preserved; other edges broken.
The upper torso of a female figure, probably Artemis, facing front, in low relief, is preserved. She is wearing a chiton held in place by the strap of a quiver, which appears just above her right shoulder. A long staff-like object (torch?) appears at her left side, as if held in the left hand, which is missing.
Pentelic marble.
