Description:   Male statue head broken at neck. Chipped nose otherwise in very good condition. Small patch of red pigment on moustache.
Bearded figure with elongated head slightly tilted to the left. Prominent facial features, asymetrical at the level of the eyes. The figure has long curly hair and beard neatly arranged. Head crowned with a diadem, perhaps a rolled fillet of cloth wrapped around a metal frame. In the center, a blank emblem (crescent(?). Narrow prominent forehead, straight nose, eyes somehow bulging out with large drilled pupils. Fleshy lips.
The treatment of the hair and beard is somewhat abstract, the hair is drilled deeply to the side. The incision of the irises indicates a post-Hadrianic date, most likely late second or third century B.C.
