Title:   Votive Shield

Description:   Fragmentary shield. Part of the right side and center of the shield preserved, with remains of arm strap on back.
High convex shape with sharply offset rim. Remains of winged horse with rider (?) left: horse and margin in red, rider, exergue and part of backround blue. The rider has a red helmet with flying crest. Both red and blue pigment laid over white ground; and the blue of the rider 's body over the red of the horse.
Buff clay.
