Conical profile; five grooves preserved on exterior. Emblem surrounded by two to three scraped grooves. Bust of Pan, with head turned to viewer's right.; ; Two horns grow from forehead. Ivy leaves over hair. Nebris worn over shoulders, the legs knotted over breast. A curved object, possibly a lagobolon, behind left shoulder. Paint on horns, ivy leaves, eyebrows, mouth, and knot of nebris.
