Lower fill dated to 420-400 B.C. in Agora XXX.
There were no use filling and the well was apparently not a success as a water-supply: there was no concentration of water-jars ... 420-400 B.C. |
With cistern at 17/ΟΕ-ΟΣΤ (P 10:2), two chambers connected by a passage.
18/Π went out of use first and was closed off from 17/ΟΕ-ΟΣΤ; filled up at one time with material dating between 350 and 300 B.C ... 325-285 B.C. |
Well at 20/ΙΔ.
No POU fill. Bottom packed with sherds, including roof-tile fragments. Above this, were six meters with a "fair quantity" of sherds; then the top meter and a half contained a great quantity ... Ca. 420-390 B.C. |
Well at 115/ΣΤ (all the 5th c. fills of 116/ΣΤ). The lower part of the shaft contained a heavy deposit of pottery and other objects of the late archaic period, both coarse and finer wares; probably a post-Persian ... Ca. 500-480 B.C.-Roman |
Evidence of stratification into five layers, although joins between the layers. Layer VI added when the construction of the Roman building above required it. No subdivisions assigned.

Dumped filling in the upper part of a well, to a depth of 6.65m. (the excavation could not be completed and the use filling was not reached). Homogeneous fill dumped from nearby. Coins:
